Exhibitor FAQs:
What qualifies as a nature theme? Anything of good quality that is legally made from, or represents nature: Examples: Hand-crafted jewelry; Candles; Paintings/Drawings; Photography; Stones; Bird Houses; hand-made note cards, etc. Can I sell Cotton Candy, Snow Cones, or other items of food? No. This event is not geared to children, plus, because this is a MAPA fundraiser, all food sold will be by and for the benefit of MAPA. What size is the booth area? 10' x 10'. We suggest a canopy with drop-down sides in case of rain. What about vehicles? You must park in the parking lot and carry your equipment to the site. Can I reserve a particular site? No. Sites are selected on a first-come, first served basis. May we brings pets? No. Health code prevents the presence of any animals. May we bring children? You need to be aware that you will be near the harbor and there are no lifeguards. You are totally responsible for your children's safety. May we register for more than one booth area? Yes, as long as spaces are available. Do you refund registrations fees? Sorry, no refunds. You may count your fee as a donation for tax purposes. |
